How price alerts work

A price alert watches one product and tells you when its lowest price drops, reaches your target, or when the product comes back in stock.

Target price or any drop

When you press Watch price you choose one of two:

• A target price. We suggest a target 10% below today's price; you can change it. You hear from us when the lowest price reaches your target or goes below it.
• Any drop. You hear from us when the lowest price falls by at least 3% or by at least AED 10.00.

Either way, we also tell you when the product comes back in stock.

The price we watch is the lowest total across all stores that have the product in stock: the item price plus the delivery the store lists. It is not calculated for your emirate. Price rises never trigger an alert.

Channels

Choose one channel per product: e-mail, WhatsApp or a browser notification.

• For e-mail and WhatsApp we first send a 6-digit code to confirm the address or number is yours. The code works for 15 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after 60 seconds. If you are signed in with a confirmed e-mail address, there is no code.
• A browser notification needs your permission. The browser asks when you choose it, not before.

How quickly you hear from us

We record a new price when we check the store. Which stores we cover says how often that is for each store. We look for recorded drops every 5 minutes and send the alert then.

No repeats

You get at most one alert per product every 24 hours. The exception is a further drop: when the price falls at least another 5% below the price in your last alert, we tell you straight away.

Quiet hours

Between 23:00 and 08:00, Dubai time, WhatsApp messages and browser notifications wait until 08:00. E-mail is not held back.

How to stop

• Open your watchlist to pause an alert, change the target or delete it.
• Every alert e-mail has an unsubscribe link. It stops e-mail alerts to that address, for every product watched with it.

Limits

You can watch 50 products without an account and 500 with one.
