Store ratings and what they mean

A store's rating is the average of the store stars in its published reviews on Sooqly.

How it is calculated

• We average the store stars of every published review.
• Delivery stars are shown separately and are not part of the rating.
• We recalculate ratings every night at 02:45, Dubai time, so a new review can take up to a day to count.
• The rating is shown with one decimal. The stars next to it are rounded to whole stars.

Product ratings

A product's rating is the average of the product stars buyers gave it in their reviews. It updates as soon as a review arrives.

Where ratings appear

On the store page you see the rating, the number of reviews, a breakdown by stars and every review. You can filter by verified reviews and by reviews with a comment.

What a rating does not change

A rating does not change the order of offers: they are sorted by total price. A store's rating is one part of the score for Sponsored positions, so a poorly rated store needs a higher bid to be shown there.
