How store reviews work

Reviews on Sooqly come only from people who bought: the store sends us the order, we send one survey, and the link works once.

How a review is collected

1. After you order, the store sends us the order: a reference, your e-mail address and the products.
2. 5 days after the order date we send one e-mail with a survey link. The e-mail is in English; the survey itself follows your language.
3. The link works once and expires after 30 days. You do not need an account.
4. Once the e-mail is sent, we delete your address from the invitation.

What we ask

• Stars for the store and stars for the delivery.
• Stars for each product in the order, if you want.
• Optional text, up to 4,000 characters, and up to 4 photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each).

We publish every review

Every review is published, negative ones included. A store can reply once to each review; a new reply replaces the old one. We never remove a review because a store asked us to.

The Verified Store badge

A store earns the badge with at least 30 verified reviews on Sooqly, the first of them at least 6 months old. We check this every night at 02:45, Dubai time. A store page without the badge shows what is still missing.
