You can set price alerts without an account; they belong to this browser or this device until you sign in.

Where are my guest alerts kept?

On our side, linked to a random key that this browser keeps in a cookie. We store only a scrambled copy of the key, so the key itself never leaves your browser in readable form on our servers. Another browser or phone does not see these alerts.

What happens when I sign in?

Your guest alerts and shopping lists move to your account, and you can see them on every device where you sign in. If your account already watches the same product, the alert in your account stays and the guest copy is removed. An account can hold 500 alerts; if moving would go over that, nothing moves.

What happens if I clear my browser?

The browser forgets the key, and you can no longer see or change those alerts here. Alerts by e-mail or WhatsApp keep arriving. To stop e-mail alerts, use the unsubscribe link in any alert e-mail. To stop WhatsApp alerts, write to us with the number. Sign in before you clear your browser to keep your alerts.

How many alerts can I set without an account?

50 products. With an account, 500.
