How Sooqly ranks offers

Last updated 23 September 2026

Offers on a product page are sorted by the total the shopper pays, in stock first; nothing else moves an offer except a labelled, limited Sponsored placement.

The order

  1. Offers in stock come first, sorted by total: item price plus delivery to the shopper's emirate from your delivery rules, plus estimated customs and import VAT for stores that ship from abroad.
  2. Offers out of stock follow, in the same order.
  3. Two offers with exactly the same total keep a fixed order that does not depend on the store.

Your store rating, your CPC rate and how much you spend do not change this order.

A store can bid for a Sponsored position. It is always labelled "Sponsored" in English and "إعلان" in Arabic, and it is limited:

  • at most one Sponsored row in each block of 5 rows;
  • a Sponsored offer can move ahead of a cheaper offer only when its total is at most 10% higher;
  • out-of-stock offers are never Sponsored;
  • the Cheapest badge and the price at the top of the page always belong to the lowest total.

Sponsored placements and position bidding explains the auction.

What you control

  • Your price and delivery. A lower total is the only way to rank higher organically.
  • Accurate stock. Out-of-stock offers drop to the bottom.
  • Barcodes. A GTIN matches your offer to the right product, so it appears next to your competitors.
