Listing policies

We list offers that shoppers can buy at the price we show; offers or stores that repeatedly mislead shoppers are paused or removed.

What gets an offer or a store paused or removed

• Prices that do not match the landing page. The price in your feed must be the price on the product page we link to, for everyone.
• Phantom stock. Items marked in stock that cannot be ordered.
• Inflated reference prices. "Was" prices that nobody paid, used to advertise a discount. Our own labels ignore your "was" price and compare with real price history, so this also shows up as a Fake sale on Sooqly.
• Misleading labelling. Wrong brand, model or condition in titles, or offers that hide fees until checkout.

What we do

• We hold back individual prices that look impossible (zero, or more than 60% below your previous price) until they are confirmed.
• We can pause your store's links, suspend your merchant account or remove your store from Sooqly. We log every such action.
• Where we can, we tell you what we found and how to fix it, through your account's contact address.

UAE rules

Price and discount display in the UAE is regulated, including consumer protection law and the rules on promotions and discount permits. We may remove offers that appear not to comply. We are not the authority on these rules and do not decide whether you comply with them; the competent authorities do.
