Your store page at sooqly.ae/store/your-store shows shoppers who you are, how you deliver and what buyers say about you; our team keeps its details up to date for you.

What it shows

• Logo and name.
• Rating and reviews, with the star breakdown, your replies and the Verified Store badge or what is still missing (verified reviews).
• Delivery time per emirate, as a range of days, with a default for emirates you do not list.
• Delivery fees, from your delivery rules: a flat fee, free above an order value, or a fee per emirate. These fees also go into the totals shoppers compare.
• Returns policy: the number of days and a short note.
• Payment methods: card, cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay.
• Branches, with the mall, emirate, address, map position and opening hours for each day, and the branch code you use in your feed's pickup column.
• Your biggest price drops of the last week, flagged when you are the cheapest in the UAE.

Changing it

There is no editing screen in the portal yet. Send the details through the contact form and our team updates your page. Tell us about new branches before you use their codes in your feed.
