Getting listed on Sooqly

Your offers appear on Sooqly free of charge; you pay only for clicks from Sooqly to your shop, from a prepaid balance.

What we need

• Your company details. Sign up at sooqly.ae/business/signup with your company name, your TRN, a contact person, a copy of your trade licence (PDF, JPG or PNG), your store name and your website.
• A product feed. A CSV or JSON file with your products, prices and stock, at a URL we can fetch or uploaded in the portal's Feed tab. The product feed specification lists every field.
• Your store details. Delivery times and fees per emirate, your returns policy, the payment methods you accept, your logo and your branches. Send them through the contact form; our team adds them to your store page.

If you cannot produce a feed, write to us. We read product pages directly only for a few large stores, and never for a store that sends a feed.

How long it takes

• Your store account exists as soon as you sign up.
• We import a saved feed at the next scheduled fetch. Fetches run every 6 hours, at 04:00, 10:00, 16:00, 22:00 Dubai time.
• During the import we match every row to a product in our catalogue, by barcode first, then by brand and model, then by title. Rows we are unsure about go to our review queue; rows that match nothing become new products.

What changes when you start paying for clicks

Clicks are charged from your prepaid balance once your account is active, which happens with your first top-up. From then on every valid click costs the rate for its category (what a click costs). When the balance reaches zero, your offers stay visible but the links to your shop pause until you top up again.

Stores we already work with through an affiliate network (for example Admitad or ArabClicks) are paid for through that network instead.
