Which clicks we charge for

We charge only valid clicks: we do not charge repeated clicks from the same device on the same offer within 30 minutes, clicks from traffic we identify as automated, or any click we mark invalid.

Which clicks are repeats?

A click is a repeat when the same device clicked the same offer in the previous 30 minutes and that earlier click was valid. A device is a device registered with Sooqly (for example for notifications) or a browser, recognised by a random id it keeps in a cookie. Without either we use a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address instead.

Which clicks count as automated?

• The browser identifies itself as a bot, crawler, preview or monitoring tool, sends no identification at all, or one shorter than 8 characters.
• Cloudflare's bot score for the request is below 30, which Cloudflare uses for likely automated traffic.

What does a valid click cost?

The rate for the product's category on your rate card (what a click costs), plus your winning bid when the click came from a Sponsored position.

What happens to the clicks we filter out?

They are never deducted from your balance. Your report shows them as Filtered clicks, next to your valid clicks.

What if I think a charged click was not genuine?

We check every click when it happens and do not re-mark clicks later. If you believe charged clicks were not genuine, write to us with the dates and products. If we agree, we credit your balance, and the credit appears as an adjustment in your balance history.
