Updating prices quickly

We fetch your feed every 6 hours, so a price change goes live at the first fetch after your file changes.

The schedule

Fetches run at 04:00, 10:00, 16:00, 22:00, Dubai time. There is no button to fetch on demand in the portal.

Getting a change live

• Update the file at your feed URL before the next fetch time.
• If you uploaded a file in the Feed tab, upload the new version: we keep importing the uploaded file until you replace it.
• After the fetch, the offer shows the new price on Sooqly, and shoppers' alerts react to it.

Before a big campaign

• Update the file before the fetch that comes before your sale starts, so the sale price is live when the sale begins.
• Tell us about deep discounts. A price more than 60% below your previous price is held back until we confirm it, to protect shoppers from price errors. Write to us through the contact form with the dates and products, and we release the prices when they arrive.
• Ask for an extra fetch in the same message if the timing matters. Our team can run one.
• Keep stock accurate. Mark items out of stock in the feed rather than removing them; a removed item stays in stock on Sooqly until it has been missing from 2 fetches.
• Do not raise prices just before the sale. Sooqly compares a price with the product's real price history, not with your "was" price. A price raised for a few days and then cut shows as a Fake sale.
