Reading your reports

The Reports tab shows your clicks, their cost and your price position against other stores, per Dubai day, for the period you choose.

The metrics

• Valid clicks: clicks from Sooqly to your shop that passed our checks and are charged.
• Filtered clicks: clicks we did not charge because they were repeats or automated (which clicks we charge for).
• Cost: the total of your valid clicks, before VAT.
• Billed: the part of the cost already deducted from your balance.
• Top products: your products with the most valid clicks, and their cost.
• Placements: where on Sooqly the clicks came from, for example a product page, search or price alerts.
• Cheapest: how many of your in-stock products have the lowest total of all stores.
• Top three: how many are among the three lowest totals.
• Behind: how many are below third place.
• Average gap: for products where you are not cheapest, the average difference between your total and the lowest one.
• Products where you are behind: the list, with your total, the best total and the gap.
• Sponsored and organic clicks: valid clicks from Sponsored positions and from normal positions, with their cost and the average bid you paid per Sponsored click.

Cost per order

The report does not include orders, because we do not see what happens in your shop. Work it out yourself: divide the cost for a period by the number of orders your own analytics attributes to visits from sooqly.ae in the same period.

Why our numbers differ from your analytics

• We count a click when the shopper leaves Sooqly. Your analytics counts a visit when your page has loaded and its tracking has run, which blockers and cookie banners can prevent.
• We filter out repeats and automated clicks. Your analytics may count them, or filter them differently.
• Our days are Dubai days. Your analytics may use another time zone.
